At Ladies in Training, we approach each child as an individual with their own talents and one-of-a-kind needs. Our goal is to help your child improve not only academically, but grow in creativity, imagination, and develop leadership, teamwork, and life skills.

OUR volunteers

Ladies in Training was founded in 2014 by four high school freshman: Bethany, Carissa, Emily, and Isabelle, who currently now attend Stanford, Harvard, Wake Forest, and UC Berkeley. Now, the program is run by four alumni of BFES and this program: Celine, Kaylen, Mae, and Mina. We are trained Counselors for Ladies in Training. Each class is supervised by an adult. We are very excited to help aspiring young ladies learn and grow!

Our mission is to create a warm, open environment where kids can be themselves while learning and having fun. We want to make sure that the kids can have an enjoyable experience filled with great memories that will be cherished forever.
